Happy people realize happiness is a choice and it’s up to them to intentionally choose it every single day. Fully experiencing it still requires a conscious decision to choose happiness. I know life can be difficult and oftentimes overwhelming, butI choose to be happy no matter what I face! Choose a life of happiness and live it!
