Titles mean nothing if you lack the ability to treat others with dignity and respect. It’s not the title behind your name that earns admiration—it’s the way you treat people. Life would be far more meaningful if we focused less on impressing others with status and more on impacting them with kindness, compassion, and integrity.
You don’t need a title to be decent. You don’t need a position to show empathy. And you certainly don’t need a nameplate to use common sense.
At the end of the day, people will remember how you made them feel, not the title you held.
