Sharing your talents will open doors of opportunity for yourself and those you come in contact with. People are willing to follow, but they follow people who lead with passion, honesty, commitment, love and compassion. Why be talented if you are going to keep that talent to yourself and not let others benefit from it?  Make sure you focus on what you have to offer and give to those who may not realize they too can share their talents. It’s not the same to walk through a door of opportunity by yourself when others are willing to open the door for you and follow you through them.
