I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders, professionals, students and organizations—and I’ve learned that people aren’t always struggling because they need more information.
Sometimes there’s already too much of it.

I’ve spent more than two decades working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, education, leadership, workforce development, financial literacy and economic development.
Along the way, I’ve had opportunities to teach, train, advise, build programs, develop curricula and work alongside people trying to build businesses, strengthen organizations and create better futures.
But titles and accomplishments only tell part of the story.
My work has always been about people.
Who they are.
What they already have within them.
What they’re trying to accomplish.
And how a little clarity can sometimes help them recognize the next step.
