Being passionate and having a personal connection with an audience are two things that make for a great leader. Sometimes being passionate can be seen as intimidating, but it can also be what connects you to people and makes them want to listen to what you have to say. In order to connect with an audience you must allow them to identify with you and in turn you can inspire them to discover their own passion. Having a connection with those you lead is beneficial and finding out what that connection is, is essential!
