Sometimes it s easier said than done. Our natural inclination is to defend ourselves but that just feeds Into a negative persons need for attention. I am trying but it is difficult at times.

    • It’s difficult, but not impossible! Too often we allow others to determine both our happiness and our sanity!. Walking away simply means you’ve made a conscientious decision not to deal with negativity. We’ve all been there and yes it’s easier said then done, but once you do it, you will feel free! Thank you for stopping by and sharing so honestly! 🙂
