Most of the time, owing to the rat race, majority of folks act first and then review the situation – similar to the Police shooting first and asking questions next, if the victim is still alive!
That can be said for any situation, not just the police. Anyone who has common sense should think before they react and they should think for themselves and not allow others to think for them. Unfortunately our society doesn’t lend itself to free thinkers. 🙁
