No More Overthinking

Any time you find yourself doubting or feeling stressed or anxious, step back and look at the situation and how you’re responding to it. In that moment of awareness you need to stop and decide what changes you want to make.The mind loves to think and spending all of your time overthinking will eventually create problems that don’t exist! In that moment of awareness, grant yourself the power to pause. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are not your thoughts. You are the observer of your thoughts. This simple act of mindfulness can be profoundly liberating. Remember, the mind loves to think, but it’s up to you to guide its focus. Dwelling on endless what-ifs and hypotheticals only breeds unnecessary worry and stress. So, do yourself a favor and reclaim your mental peace. Tell yourself, ‘No more overthinking!’
