Choose Calm

Never let your anger be the reason someone gets hurt.
Never let your anger speak on your behalf.
Never let your anger take control of your emotions.
Never let your anger overshadow your kindness.
Never let your anger dictate your actions or decisions.
Never let your anger damage relationships that took time to build.

Anger is a feeling but it should never become your leader. Pause before reacting. Choose understanding over impulse. Respond with empathy and compassion even when it feels difficult. The way you handle anger reveals your character far more than the anger itself.

Do not lead with anger. Lead with awareness. Be mindful of how you speak and how you act. Every moment is an opportunity to choose growth over regret. Always aim to be a better person not a louder one. Choose calm. Strength does not need to shout.
