Laughter is one of my all time favorite things to do because it is free convenient and powerful in ways we often underestimate. It has a way of lifting your spirit instantly and reminding you that joy is always within reach. Laughter shifts your energy lightens your heart and helps you see life from a better place even in the middle of challenges.

Laughter is contagious and that is part of its beauty. When you laugh you give others permission to relax breathe and smile too. You never know who needs that moment of joy so something as simple as laughter can become a gift to someone else without you even realizing it.

Life gives us plenty of opportunities to laugh but it requires a conscious decision to notice them and lean into them. Laughter does not mean life is perfect. It means you choose joy anyway. All I want is a life filled with laughter because laughter makes life lighter richer and far more meaningful. Laughter is free but its impact is priceless.
