People reveal their insecurities when they try to make others look bad just to make themselves look good. Never belittle someone to feed your ego. You will never look stronger by trying to make someone else look smaller.
Real confidence does not need an audience and it does not need a target. It shows up in how you speak, how you treat people, and how you carry yourself when you could easily take a cheap shot. True confidence lifts others up because it is rooted in self respect, emotional maturity, and inner security.
When someone tears others down, they are not proving strength. They are exposing weakness. Choose to be the kind of person who builds, encourages and leads with kindness. Your character will always speak louder than your ego. You do not look better by making others look worse.
