Success should never require you to diminish someone else in order to achieve it.

As you move forward, look for opportunities to bring others along, share what you’ve learned and create opportunities for people to grow with you. Success becomes more meaningful when your progress helps someone else make progress too.

But remember, not everyone will want to travel in the same direction. Invite people to grow with you, but don’t let their decision to stay behind keep you from moving forward. Your success doesn’t become smaller when you help someone else succeed. Sometimes that’s what makes it bigger.
