Commitment to Goals

Goals are easy to make when you’re excited.

Commitment shows up after the excitement wears off.

It’s continuing when progress is slow, distractions appear, and something easier starts competing for your attention.

You don’t have to pursue every goal you set. Sometimes priorities change. But when something still matters, give it the consistency it deserves.

A goal tells you where you want to go. Commitment determines how long you’re willing to keep showing up to achieve them.
