Look for Closure

We sometimes believe closure will come when everything finally makes sense.

When every question is answered. Every explanation is given. Every loose end is tied.

But some answers may never come.

Closure can simply be deciding that something no longer deserves the emotional space you’ve been giving it.

You can appreciate what happened, learn what you can and still decide it’s time to move forward.

Closure doesn’t require you to forget what happened. It requires you to decide how much longer you’re willing to carry it.
