Hand Over Control

There comes a point when being responsible can turn into needing to control everything.

You don’t have to make every decision, solve every problem, or make sure everything happens exactly the way you would do it.

Sometimes growth means trusting what you’ve taught, stepping aside, and allowing someone else to take it from here.

You haven’t really empowered people if they still need your permission for every move they make.
