Build a Morning

A good morning routine doesn’t have to start at 5:00 a.m. or include ten things before breakfast.

Start with what you can realistically repeat.

Wake up. Give yourself a few quiet minutes. Decide what matters today. Do one thing that helps you begin with intention instead of immediately reacting to everything waiting for you.

The best routine isn’t the most impressive one.

It’s the one you’ll actually keep.

Don’t build a morning routine that looks good on paper. Build one that makes your day work better.
