Quiet the Noise

There will always be something competing for your attention.

Another notification. Another opinion. Another headline. Another person telling you what you should be doing, thinking, buying, or worrying about.

The goal isn’t to eliminate all the noise. That’s probably impossible.

The goal is to become more intentional about what you allow in.

Sometimes clarity comes from gathering more information. But sometimes it comes from turning everything down long enough to hear what you already know.

You don’t have to respond to everything. You don’t have to consider every opinion. And you certainly don’t have to give everything equal access to your attention.

The world will always have something to say. Clarity comes when you decide what deserves your attention.

Quiet the noise. Give yourself enough space to think.
