You can provide others with good advice, you can listen and motivate them to do better, but the decision to act or or do right lies with the individual. Make sure you are willing to follow the advice you give to others. It’s essential to lead by example. You can inspire and guide others, but ultimately, they must choose their path. And, of course, practicing what you preach adds credibility to your advice.
