Any time you find yourself doubting or feeling stressed or anxious, step back and look at the situation and how you’re responding to it. In that moment of awareness you need to stop and decide what changes you want to make.The mind loves to think and spending all of your time overthinking will eventually create problems that don’t exist! No more overthinking!
