Don’t Build Excuses

The same people who build their lives around excuses are often the ones who excuse themselves right out of opportunities. Every excuse becomes a brick in the wall standing between where you are and where you want to be.

Excuses will always be available if you keep looking for them—but opportunities won’t. Opportunities are time-sensitive, and they don’t wait around for you to get ready or feel motivated.

Remind yourself: If you’re serious about change, growth, and success, you have to stop justifying your limitations and start owning your potential. You can either make progress or make excuses—but not both.
