The Next Breath

When your mind races, pause.
Inhale the present, exhale the worry.
Let your breath be the anchor when life gets loud.
Breathe in courage, breathe out doubt.
With every inhale, remember your strength.
With every exhale, release what you cannot control.
Amid the chaos, come back to your breath, again and again.
You do not need the whole plan, just the next breath.
Slow down. Breathe. Begin again.
