What Time Teaches You

The older I get, the more I realize that some lessons can’t be rushed.

Trust takes time to build and moments to lose.

Maturity has less to do with birthdays and more to do with what you’ve learned from the experiences behind them.

Money is a poor measure of a meaningful life.

Credentials may tell people what you know. They don’t tell them who you are.

And the people who matter most are rarely measured by what they can do for you. Sometimes the best relationships are the ones where you can do absolutely nothing together and still enjoy every minute.

Life keeps teaching.

The question is whether we’re paying attention. Wisdom isn’t measured by how long you’ve lived. It’s measured by what life has been able to teach you.
