Small Daily Habits

We sometimes make improvement harder than it needs to be.

We want the new routine, the dramatic change, or the perfect plan. But most meaningful progress is much less exciting.

It’s doing one small thing today and doing it again tomorrow.

Read a few pages. Save a few dollars. Walk a little farther. Make the phone call. Finish one task.

Don’t underestimate what happens when small actions are given enough time to work.

You don’t have to make a big change every day. You need to make enough small changes that eventually your life notices the difference.
