Own Your Value

It’s easy to recognize value in other people while overlooking what we bring ourselves.

We question whether we’re experienced enough, ready enough, talented enough, or deserving enough. We compare our beginning to someone else’s middle and allow doubt to reduce the value of gifts we’ve spent years developing.

But confidence doesn’t require believing you know everything. It comes from understanding what you do know, recognizing what you’ve learned, and appreciating the experiences that helped shape you.

Your value isn’t limited to a title, an accomplishment, or someone else’s approval. It shows up in your perspective, your character, your relationships, your experiences, and the way you use your gifts to help others.

Keep growing. Keep learning. Stay humble.

But don’t confuse humility with making yourself smaller.

Walk into the room knowing you have something worthwhile to contribute. You don’t have to prove your value in every room you enter. Know what you bring, keep growing and let your contribution speak for itself.
