There will always be something competing for your attention, another opinion, notification, problem, headline, expectation, or voice telling you what you should be doing.
The challenge isn’t eliminating all the noise. It’s learning which voices deserve your attention.
When everything gets loud, clarity gets harder to recognize. Sometimes you need to turn down what’s happening around you long enough to hear what’s happening within you. Step away from the constant input. Give yourself room to think, reflect and reconnect with what matters.
You don’t have to respond to everything. You don’t have to carry every opinion. And you certainly don’t have to let the loudest voice determine your direction.
Sometimes the clearest direction comes when you stop listening to everything at once.
You don’t have to silence the whole world. Just turn down enough of the noise to hear what matters.
