Setting a Goal

Setting a goal to be happy is one of the most powerful and meaningful aspirations you can pursue. Happiness looks different for everyone—it’s deeply personal and ever-evolving. For me, the goal is simple: to be happy—genuinely, intensely, and consistently—no matter what life throws my way.

True happiness isn’t something you stumble upon; it’s something you choose, cultivate, and protect. It’s found in the little things, in daily gratitude, in meaningful connections, and in aligning your life with what truly matters to you.

Happiness is not a destination; it’s a daily decision.
So, make it your mission to check in with yourself often. Reevaluate your priorities. Let go of what no longer brings joy, and be bold enough to chase the things that do. Life changes, and so will your definition of happiness—adjust your path accordingly, but never give up on the goal.

Choose happiness. Recommit to it every single day. You deserve a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good on the outside.
