Protect Your Energy

Not everyone deserves unlimited access to your time, attention and energy.

Some relationships encourage you, challenge you and help you grow. Others consistently leave you exhausted, distracted, or questioning yourself.

You don’t have to be angry or create unnecessary conflict. Sometimes protecting your peace simply means creating distance.

Pay attention to how people affect you. Your energy is valuable. Spend it around people who help you become better, not people who constantly leave you depleted. You don’t have to dislike someone to realize they’re draining you. Sometimes growth requires distance. Protect your energy and choose your circle wisely.
