Immediate Attention

I used to think every concern deserved immediate attention.

It doesn’t.

Some things need action. Some need patience. And some worries become bigger simply because we keep giving them our attention.

I’ve learned to ask myself a simpler question: Is there something I can actually do about this right now?

If there is, I act.

If there isn’t, I try not to let it occupy space it hasn’t earned.

Not every worry deserves a permanent office in your mind. Some need to be acknowledged and then asked to leave.
