Access to Your Attention

The world isn’t going to become quieter just because you need to concentrate.

There will always be another notification, opinion, email, headline or request competing for your attention.

Focus doesn’t require eliminating all the noise.

It requires deciding what deserves to get through.

Focus isn’t finding a world without distractions. It’s deciding which distractions no longer deserve access to your attention.
