Grow By Being Open

Too many people focus on impressing others by showcasing how much they know, rather than taking the time to listen and learn. They speak more than they hear and miss out on valuable lessons from those around them. True wisdom begins when you realize you don’t know everything. The real “aha” moment happens when you humble yourself enough to listen—because everyone has something to teach you. Growth begins with openness, not arrogance. You don’t grow by proving what you know—you grow by being open to what you don’t.
