Run Your Race

Comparison has a way of making progress feel smaller than it really is.

Someone else may be moving faster, reaching milestones sooner, or taking a completely different route. That doesn’t mean you’re behind.

Your responsibility isn’t to keep pace with everyone around you. It’s to understand where you’re going, keep moving, and recognize the progress you’re making along the way.

Sometimes you’ll move quickly. Sometimes you’ll slow down. Sometimes you may need to stop, regroup, and start again.

Their pace doesn’t determine your progress. Run your race.

You don’t have to keep pace with everyone around you. You just have to keep making progress in the direction that matters to you.
