Drop the Anchor

Sometimes we stay stuck because we’re still attached to something that once felt necessary.

An old grudge. A past disappointment. A version of ourselves we’ve outgrown. A relationship that has changed. Even a familiar routine can become an anchor when we keep holding onto it simply because it feels safe.

Not everything from your past needs to come with you.

Growth sometimes requires asking a difficult question: What am I still holding onto that is keeping me from moving forward?

You don’t have to erase the past or pretend it didn’t matter. Learn from it. Appreciate what it gave you. Then recognize when it’s time to release it.

Some things were meant to be part of your journey, not the place where you remain.

You can appreciate where you’ve been without staying anchored to it. Some things have to be released before you can move forward.
